Order details: MOQ 500 pcs per colour; lead time 15-25 days after sample approval; logo silk-screen, laser or embossed. RoHS / FDA / LFGB reports are available for the compound we use.
Production runs on compression presses for solid parts and on LSR injection lines for thin or high-precision sections. Each batch is checked against your approved sample for weight, colour, hardness and surface finish, then packed to your carton marking. If you need retail packaging, we can print colour boxes, insert cards and barcodes before shipment.

MOQ is 500 pcs per colour for a custom order. Stock designs can start lower — 100 pcs — if you accept our existing colour and packing.
How long do samples and mass production take?
A new mould takes 15-20 days and the first sample 7-12 days after that. Mass production runs 15-25 days after sample approval.
Can you print or emboss my logo?
Yes — silk-screen, laser or embossed. We need vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG) and the Pantone reference before sampling.
Which material and certificates do you supply?
Silicone. FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and LFGB test reports are available for the compound we use, plus RoHS for the compound.
Can you meet my target price?
